Next working day as standard. Order by 3pm GMT and your order will be with you the following day by 1pm. Some products will also have a specific delivery time indicated next to them.
UK orders under £100 cost £8 postage. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.
You will need to be available to sign for the package. If you are not able to sign for it then it will be returned to your nearest sorting office. You can either collect it from there or arrange a re-delivery.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Saturday however Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. If your package doesn't arrive on Saturday it will be with you on the following Monday instead. Please note that the vast majority of our deliveries do still arrive on Saturday, but please do not be alarmed if it doesn't arrive.
Please allow extra time for any relevant bank holidays at the time of order.
You can schedule a delivery to suit you. Simply place an order and then contact us via our contact page with the date you would like the package to arrive. Please include your order number and we'll take care of the rest!
We ship to almost all countries worldwide. Shipping takes anywhere from 1-5 days, depending on the location. The average shipping time is 3 days. Any of our products can be shipped internationally.
If your country is not showing in our countries list, please contact us and we will add it to our list for you.
The cost of shipping depends on the value of the item and the shipping country. The cost will be calculated for you at the checkout before taking payment.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct. If you notice you have made an error please contact us urgently. Unfortunately, we are unable to correct it after the package has left us.
We insure your delivery to its full value, so you do not need to worry about lost/stolen deliveries. Once the package has been delivered to you (at the point of signing for the package) responsibility is passed to you. The same applies if someone signs for the package on your behalf, such as reception at your work or someone else living in your house.
If you have ordered an item from us and it isn't 100% right, just let us know. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of our 14-day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty. Please note that this excludes bespoke items made to your requirements, personalised items, and gift cards, except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
We ask that the item is in any original packaging, unworn, unaltered, with any accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note all product tags and film protection must not be removed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
To return your item by post from within the U.K. please follow the steps below.
- Contact our team and let us know that you wish to return the item within 14 days of delivery.
- Safely wrap and package the item back into the delivery box.
- Post back to the following address with a tracked service and insurance that covers the full amount of your item:
Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of returns postage.
If an item is being returned to us to be exchanged for a different version or a different size at your request, please note a return delivery charge of £8 will apply.

Our returns promise does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, misuse, or accident.
